1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to dilog.ai (the Website), operated by Dilog Pty Limited (ABN 79 696 521 141) (Dilog, we, us, or our).

By accessing or using this Website, including any interactive features, demos, or LLM / ML / AI backed tools available on the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (Terms). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Website.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Dilog. Please read them carefully.

2. About Dilog

2.1 General Website Access

Dilog provides a customer collaboration platform leveraging LLM technology to help teams model human attitudes and behaviour to create better experiences. We create digital agents called Anonymised Reflective Profiles (ARPs) based on real customer interviews, enabling businesses to gain authentic customer insights on demand. This Website provides information about our services and may offer interactive demonstrations of our technology.

2.2 Platform Access

Access to the Dilog Platform for commercial use requires a separate agreement with Dilog. If you are a Platform customer, your use of the Platform is governed by your Master Services Agreement and associated agreements, not these Terms. These Terms continue to apply to your use of this Website.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Website. By using the Website, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

If you are using the Website on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

4. Account Registration and Waitlist

4.1 Registration

Some features of the Website may require you to register for an account or join a waitlist. When you register, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, and to update such information to keep it accurate.

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

4.3 Waitlist and Early Access

If you join our waitlist or apply for early access, we may contact you about our services and related offerings. Joining a waitlist does not guarantee access to any particular service or feature. We reserve the right to grant or deny access at our discretion.

5. Interactive LLM/ML/AI Backed Tools and Demonstrations

5.1 Nature of AI Tools

The Website may offer interactive demonstrations, sample queries, or other LLM, ML, or other AI-powered tools (AI Tools). AI Tools available on this Website are demonstration features only and do not represent the full capabilities, accuracy, or panel depth of our commercial Platform. Demo outputs are generated from sample or synthetic data and should not be used for any business purpose.

5.2 AI Tool Disclaimers

You acknowledge and agree that:

  1. AI Tool outputs are generated by artificial intelligence and may not reflect the views of any real individual or of Dilog. They are probabilistic not deterministic outputs, and as such a certain degree of error and drift in questions is expected.
  2. AI Tools may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading outputs and should not be relied upon for any decision-making.
  3. Demo outputs are not representative of the quality or accuracy of our commercial services, which involve validated panels and rigorous methodology.
  4. AI outputs do not constitute financial, legal, medical, or professional advice.
  5. You use AI Tools entirely at your own risk.

5.3 Data Collection from AI Tools

When you use our AI Tools, we collect information about your interactions, including your inputs (prompts and queries), the LLM-generated outputs, and usage patterns. This data may be used to improve our systems, analyse usage trends, and enhance our services. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

5.4 Acceptable Use of AI Tools

When using AI Tools, you must not:

  1. Input personal information about real individuals without their consent.
  2. Attempt to generate harmful, offensive, discriminatory, or illegal content.
  3. Use AI Tools to attempt to identify real individuals represented in any demo panel.
  4. Use automated systems or scripts to access AI Tools at scale.
  5. Attempt to reverse-engineer, probe, or extract the underlying models or data.
  6. Use outputs in any way that could harm individuals or Dilog's reputation.

  3. These limitations apply regardless of the theory of liability and even if Dilog has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so some of these limitations may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including under the Australian Consumer Law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Dilog, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Website, your Submissions, or your violation of these Terms.

13. Termination
